                        This is the first mason jar salad that I tried after a lot of procrastinating & I just decided to use ingredients that I Like.  I make 4 at a time as I work 4 days a week. The prep time seems long but it's only 15 mins per meal. I use the recipe for The Best Balsamic Vinaigrette and a 1/4 cup is put in the bottom of the jar before any of the salad ingredients are added.
